This is a site-based supervision role requiring strong consultant-side experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.\nAdminister construction contracts in accordance with project requirements and applicable contract conditions.\nReview, evaluate, and process variations, change orders, claims, and extension of time submissions.\nSupport the Resident Engineer and Project Director on contractual and commercial matters.\nPrepare contractual correspondence, notices, recommendations, and reports.\nMonitor contractor compliance with contractual obligations and project deliverables.\nReview payment applications and provide contractual input on assessments and recommendations.\nMaintain records of contractual communications, instructions, and project changes.\nAssist in resolving contractual disputes and support claim evaluations.\nIdentify commercial and contractual risks and propose mitigation measures.\nCoordinate with project controls, quantity surveying, and supervision teams to ensure consistency in commercial management.\nProvide contract administration support throughout construction and project closeout phases.\nParticipate in meetings with clients, stakeholders, and contractors regarding contractual matters.\n Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 10 years of professional experience in contract administration and commercial management.\nStrong experience on transport, roads, highways, utilities, and infrastructure projects.\nDemonstrated experience working for engineering consultants or supervision consultants on major infrastructure projects.\nExtensive experience within Saudi Arabia, preferably on projects in Jeddah, Riyadh, or other major KSA locations.\nStrong knowledge of FIDIC and other internationally recognized contract forms.\nExperience managing variations, claims, change management, and extension of time assessments.\nExcellent report writing, negotiation, and communication skills.\nAbility to operate effectively within multidisciplinary site supervision teams.\nProfessional certifications and membership of relevant professional institutions will be an advantage.\nCandidates with predominantly building construction, contractor-only backgrounds, design consultancy design roles, or corporate/head office contract administration experience will not be considered suitable.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nWork at WSP and you'll be at the heart of a team of international experts dedicated to growing and sharing their expertise, working on projects that transform society for all of us.
