The successful candidate will oversee all on-site construction activities across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, ICT, ELV, and associated infrastructure works, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, programme, and cost control.\nThis is a site-based supervision role, focused on overseeing construction delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and coordination of all MEP systems from mobilisation through commissioning and handover. This is a full-time site-based role, with the project located approximately 80 km from Riyadh. Regular on-site presence is required.\n Lead the construction delivery of a large-scale Data Centre project.\nManage and coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams covering Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, ICT and ELV disciplines.\nInterface with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.\nDrive site operations in line with project programme, budget, quality and safety objectives.\nReview construction methodologies, site logistics, work sequencing and resource planning.\nProject Controls & Reporting\nPrepare and review daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.\nMonitor project schedules, milestones, productivity and key performance indicators.\nIdentify risks, mitigation measures and recovery strategies.\nProvide regular progress updates to senior management and project stakeholders.\nTeam Leadership & Coordination\nLead and manage large multidisciplinary site teams.\nCoordinate activities across all construction disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.\nFacilitate effective communication and coordination between engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.\nMentor and develop site engineers, supervisors and construction personnel.\nProcurement & Material Management\nSupport procurement planning and construction package reviews.\nCoordinate with procurement teams on critical equipment and long-lead items.\nReview material submittals, technical submissions and shop drawings.\nEnsure timely approval and delivery of materials required for construction activities.\nDesign & Technical Interface\nWork closely with design teams to resolve technical and design-related issues.\nParticipate in design reviews and constructability workshops.\nProvide construction input during design development and implementation phases.\nSupport value engineering initiatives to optimise cost, programme and constructability.\nTesting, Commissioning & Handover\nOversee testing and commissioning activities across all systems including Mechanical, Electrical, ICT and ELV.\nCoordinate integrated systems testing and commissioning programmes.\nEnsure all systems are commissioned in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.\nManage punch lists, defect resolution and final handover processes.\nWork closely with commissioning managers, specialist vendors and operations teams.\nQuality, HSE & Compliance\nChampion a strong Health, Safety and Environmental culture across the project.\nEnsure compliance with project quality standards, HSE requirements and local regulations.\nLead quality inspections, audits and corrective action programmes.\nPromote best practices across all construction activities.\n Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or a related discipline.\nMinimum 15+ years of construction management experience.\nProven track record delivering large-scale Data Centre, Mission Critical or Complex Infrastructure Projects.\nStrong experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams across Civil, Structural, MEP, ICT and ELV works.\nDemonstrated experience in testing, commissioning and project handover.\nStrong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.\nExperience working on remote project sites and fast-paced construction environments.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
