seeking an experienced Document Controller to support multidisciplinary project teams across a portfolio of major projects.\nWorking closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers and client stakeholders, you'll manage project documentation throughout its lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project procedures, governance requirements and client expectations.\nWhat you'll do\nManage incoming and outgoing project documentation, transmittals and correspondence\nMaintain document registers, revision histories and audit trails\nCoordinate document reviews, approvals and submissions\nEnsure project records are accurate, current and readily accessible\nSupport project mobilisation, reporting, close-out and handover activities\nAdminister electronic document management systems such as Aconex, TeamBinder, ProjectWise and SharePoint\nMonitor workflow performance and provide reporting on document status and key metrics\nAssist project teams in applying document control standards and best practices\nMaintain compliance with quality, safety and information management requirements\nWhat we'll love about you\nDemonstrated experience in Document Control within engineering, consulting, construction or infrastructure environments\nStrong knowledge of document lifecycle management, revision control and project governance requirements\nExperience using electronic document management systems (EDMS)\nExcellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail\nAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nA proactive, service-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement\nRelevant qualifications in administration, information management,
