Join us and you’ll be part of an organisation that takes pride in its people and purpose: creating long-lasting solutions to meet the needs of generations to come.\nWe are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join Property & Buildings Design Management team where the candidate will manage the information flow on multiple projects across different buildings sectors\n Review and implement Client/Contractor Information Management Procedure\nWork in alignment with our internal Document Control Procedure\nProvide training to project teams on company processes, templates and common data environments\nDownload electronic drawings and documents, file appropriately and distribute to Project Team\nProvide drawing and document numbers and assist in the production of TIDPs/MIDPs for project teams\nWork with Project Team/Project Managers to plan and deliver submissions\nRun weekly reports and distribute to project teams\nCollate competence statements and coordinate our Building Regulations submissions\nWe'd love to hear from you if you have:\nA pro-active and enthusiastic individual with solid experience of Project coordination and its related systems as well as project delivery\nSome experience of UK projects and processes\nExperience in using most common CDE’s: Aconex, Asite or 4Projects is essential.\nExperience in using Autodesk cloud-based systems BIM 360 and ACC are preferred but not essential.\nUnderstanding of Quality Assurance procedures and BS EN ISO 19650-2 2018 Numbering, Revisions and Suitability Status\nComputer literacy, in particular Microsoft software packages namely SharePoint, Excel, Outlook and Word as well as PDF software packages e.g. Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam Revu.\nExceptional organisation and multi-tasking skills\nA helpful team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with internal and external colleagues\nAbility to manage your own time/workload\n Qualifications and Experience:\nQualification : Architecture or Engineering experience \nBGV:\nEmployment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.\n\nCandidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process -
