This is a hybrid position in Columbus, OH.\nYour Impact\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nSupport the Document Control Manager and Document Control Team to maintain a document management system for contract documents and project documents.\nWork with the Document Control Manager and Document Control Team to ensure policies and procedures are being followed.\nHelp implement an efficient work-flow process, monitor daily activity, and implement modifications.\nWork within the existing Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). \nKnowledge of document management process, procedures, and systems. \nProvide Document Management support to the entire project team.\nRetrieve files, Upload / Download files, Manage Document Naming Convention, numbering, assigning, and distribution. \nProcess Incoming/Outgoing documentation.
