It’s an opportunity to combine hands-on recruiting with campus programming and build an experience that helps great early career talent see a future with WSP.\nYour Impact\nLead end-to-end recruitment for assigned early talent positions, from role intake and sourcing through assessment, selection, offer acceptance and handoff.\nPartner with hiring stakeholders to define role requirements, success criteria, assessment methods, timelines and selection responsibilities so recruitment starts with a clear path forward.\nAssess and engage applicants using consistent, evidence-based criteria, providing well-supported candidate recommendations and maintaining momentum throughout the recruitment process.\nBring campus programs to life by coordinating career fairs, recruitment events, campaigns and information sessions, including schedules, materials, internal representatives and day-of-event delivery.\nBuild and nurture relationships with students, new graduates and other early career candidates, creating active talent pipelines aligned with regional hiring priorities.\nConvert engagement into talent through timely post-event follow-up that moves qualified prospects toward applications, interviews, hires or future opportunities.\nCollaborate with business representatives, campus ambassadors and internal partners to deliver a consistent and inclusive candidate experience.\n Use recruitment, event and pipeline insights to strengthen candidate communications, assessment consistency, recruitment processes and future campus programming.\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nExperience managing end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to move confidently from intake and candidate assessment through selection and offer acceptance.\nExperience supporting early career, campus or high-volume recruitment programs, including career fairs, recruitment campaigns, information sessions or related candidate engagement activities.\nFluency in both French and English, written and spoken, to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring stakeholders and partners across Canada.\nStrong recruitment judgment, including the ability to translate business requirements into clear success criteria and make evidence-based candidate recommendations.\nDemonstrated ability to build productive relationships with hiring stakeholders, candidates and internal partners while keeping decisions and recruitment activity moving.\nStrong organizational and event coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, schedules, events, stakeholders and competing priorities.\nExperience maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout the recruitment lifecycle.\nA candidate-first approach, with the ability to build relationships with emerging talent, maintain engagement and create a professional and consistent recruitment experience.\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWe exist to shape communities to advance humanity.
