The role requires strong technical expertise, construction supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project teams.\nSupervise and monitor electrical infrastructure works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.\nReview contractor submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.\nOversee installation of MV and LV power distribution networks, street lighting systems, telecom infrastructure, and associated electrical works.\nMonitor construction progress and provide technical guidance to contractors and site teams.\nWitness testing, commissioning, energization, and handover activities.\nReview inspection reports and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.\nCoordinate with utility authorities, contractors, and project stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.\nIdentify technical issues, non-conformances, and construction challenges and recommend corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.\nSupport the Resident Engineer in project planning, reporting, risk management, and progress monitoring.\nParticipate in meetings and provide technical input on electrical engineering matters.\nPrepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.\nMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction supervision of infrastructure projects.\nProven experience in MV/LV power distribution, street lighting, electrical utilities, and telecom infrastructure.\nPrevious experience working with engineering consultants on construction supervision projects.\nStrong knowledge of international electrical codes, standards, and industry practices.\nExperience in testing and commissioning of electrical infrastructure systems.\nDemonstrated ability to review contractor deliverables and resolve technical issues.\nStrong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.\nPrevious experience in Saudi Arabia and major infrastructure projects is preferred.\nProfessional registration and relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.\nFluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous.\nImagine a better future for us all and a better future for you.
