As an Engineering Project Manager, you'll bring together multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver complex projects safely, efficiently, and with lasting impact. This role offers the opportunity to provide strategic engineering leadership while helping advance critical infrastructure that powers communities and fuels economic growth.\nYour Impact\nLead multidisciplinary engineering teams through the planning, design, review, and execution of large-scale transmission and substation projects.\n\nDrive engineering strategies, execution plans, and deliverable schedules that support successful project outcomes.\n\nEnsure engineering deliverables meet quality expectations, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.\n\nCoordinate technical interfaces between stakeholders, EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.\n\nMonitor engineering performance, schedules, budgets, and project milestones to support effective project delivery.\n\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate technical risks while fostering a proactive problem-solving culture.\n\nSupport procurement activities through technical reviews, bid evaluations, and contractor submissions.\n\nContribute to the development of engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.\n\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nBachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Structural, or a related Engineering discipline.\n\nProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation, or eligibility to obtain registration.\n\n12+ years of progressive engineering and infrastructure project delivery experience.\n\nDemonstrated success leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on utility, transmission, energy, or large infrastructure projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of transmission line, substation, and power system engineering projects.\n\nExperience overseeing engineering consultants, EPC contractors, vendors, and technical stakeholders.\n\nProven ability to manage technical risk, engineering quality processes, and complex project interfaces.\n\nExceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness, and leadership capabilities.\n\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWhy Choose WSP?
