involving site characterization, remedial design, and environmental compliance, ensuring deliverables, schedules, budgets, and quality objectives are achieved.\nServe as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary project teams to successfully execute environmental investigation and remediation projects.\nPerform field work for site characterization and remediation projects, including oversight of subcontractors and sampling of soil, soil vapor, sediment, surface water, and groundwater in accordance with applicable regulations and accepted protocols.\nConduct and oversee data analysis, interpretation, and preparation of technical reports with minimal supervision.\nSupport the development of remedial strategies and recommendations using accepted scientific and engineering principles.\nReview technical deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements, environmental regulations, and company quality standards.\nMonitor project scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation to achieve successful project outcomes.\nMaintain effective communication with clients, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and internal project teams.\nSupport proposal preparation, scope development, and cost estimating for existing and prospective projects.\nCollaborate with technical specialists and project teams to develop practical solutions to environmental challenges.\nTravel to project sites primarily within Texas and occasionally to neighboring states as needed.\nExercise responsible and ethical decision-making in accordance with WSP's Code of Conduct and company policies.\nPerform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Geology.\nPG or PE required (Texas registration preferred).\n7-10 years of relevant environmental consulting experience.\nExperience managing environmental investigation, remediation, and compliance projects.\nStrong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including TRRP.\nExperience with environmental site investigations, remediation programs, field management, and environmental sampling.\nDemonstrated project management experience, including managing budgets, schedules, scopes, and client expectations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with MS Office applications.\nAbility to travel primarily within Texas with occasional regional travel.\nMust pass a background check and maintain a satisfactory driving
