Responsibilities include field investigations, analytical design, construction support and close coordination with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure safe, cost-effective delivery of complex maritime infrastructure.\n Plan and execute marine and coastal site investigations (boreholes, CPT, sampling, in-situ testing).\n Perform geotechnical analyses and design for reclamation, breakwaters, quay walls, ports, jetties and associated structures.\n Prepare detailed geotechnical reports, design calculations, and technical specifications.\n Review and comment on design packages submitted by consultants and internal teams.\n Provide on-site construction support, including monitoring, troubleshooting and design modifications.\n Coordinate with structural, hydraulic, environmental and other discipline engineers to integrate geotechnical solutions.\n Ensure compliance with Omani regulations, international codes and WSP quality standards.\n Maintain and manage geotechnical data, databases and project documentation.\n Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.\n Assist in business development activities, proposal preparation and client presentations.\n BSc/MSc in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in marine/coastal geotechnical engineering.\nProven track record on reclamation, breakwater, port and harbor projects.\nProficiency with geotechnical software (e.g., Plaxis, GeoStudio, FLAC).\nKnowledge of Omani and international geotechnical design codes and standards.\nStrong technical report writing and presentation skills.\nAbility to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams.\nFluent English (Arabic language skills are a plus).\nWillingness to travel to project sites in Oman as required.\nProfessional Engineer registration (PE, UAE, Oman)
