We are looking for a Hydraulic Engineer with around 3-6 years’ experience to support the delivery of a diverse pipeline of projects across the built environment.\nThis role offers the opportunity to develop your technical capability, gain exposure to complex multidisciplinary projects, and contribute to defence and secure infrastructure work.\nThe opportunity\nAs a Hydraulic Engineer, you will contribute to the design and delivery of hydraulic services across a variety of building projects, working closely with experienced engineers and other disciplines.\nYou will play a key role in supporting project delivery while continuing to develop your design and coordination skills.\nKey responsibilities\nAssist in the design and documentation of hydraulic services including water, sewer, stormwater and gas systems\nSupport delivery of projects from concept design through to construction\nPrepare technical drawings, reports and specifications\nCoordinate with internal disciplines including electrical, mechanical, fire and sustainability\nContribute to project delivery ensuring quality, budget and programme outcomes\nWork closely with senior engineers and contribute to team collaboration\nSupport site inspections and stakeholder coordination where required\nAbout you\nDegree qualified in Engineering (or equivalent relevant qualification)\n3-6 years’ experience within Building Services, ideally in a consulting environment\nUnderstanding of hydraulic design principles and relevant Australian standards\nExperience using design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD and Revit\nStrong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team\nProactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop\nWorking towards Chartered status
