Ultimately, the position supports the delivery of financially sound, well-governed projects through enhanced visibility, engagement, and operational discipline.\n Core Accountabilities\nWork towards compliance with NI 52-109 for all Project Finance controls in an Oracle environment\nProvide Internal Audit support\nReview processes and suggest improvements\nAnalysis of Working capital for various businesses/ projects\nPerform Project reviews and timely identification of risks and opportunities.\nComparison of actuals vs budgets /forecasts and identifying reasons for variations\nContribute to delivering Business Unit P&L, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts\nCoordination with different team members including project leaders, business partners and GBS\nReview of various reports like utilisation reports, time cost reports, etc. and reaching logical conclusions\nAnalysing the cost to complete of different projects\nGood understanding of the business and analysing the numbers based on the business understanding\nProvide ad-hoc reporting and reconciliations as required\nPreparing and finalising reports pertaining to various projects for Global reporting\nReviewing and carrying out project wise, Business Unit wise cost & margin analysis and providing reasons for the erosion/ gain of margins\n Personal Attributes\nExperience of finance business partnering, supporting a variety of senior stakeholders.\nConfident in communicating at all levels of the organisation\nCommitted to enhancing collaboration across organisational boundaries\nCommitted to continuous improvement and lifelong learning\nFamiliar with working in collaboration with shared services teams.\nBGV:\nEmployment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.\n\nCandidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process -
