Over a three-month period, the intern will assist senior engineers in developing detailed designs for chilled water distribution, gas supply systems, pump stations, and related mechanical infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience with industry-standard software and exposure to large-scale project workflows.\n Assist in the creation of hydraulic and thermal calculations for chilled water networks.\nDevelop schematic and layout drawings for gas distribution systems using CAD tools.\nSupport the design of pump stations, including selection of pumps and motor specifications.\nPrepare material take-offs and cost estimates for mechanical network components.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical designs into overall project plans.\nPerform data collection and site surveys to validate design assumptions.\nUpdate and maintain project documentation and design databases.\nParticipate in design review meetings and incorporate feedback.\nConduct basic performance simulations and generate reports.\nEnsure compliance with local codes, standards, and WSP quality procedures.\n Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering, related undergraduate program, or recently graduated. \nStrong academic record with coursework in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and HVAC systems.\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software; familiarity with hydraulic analysis tools is a plus.\nBasic understanding of chilled water, gas, and pump station design principles.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication abilities.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.\nAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nEligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates for the internship duration.\nEnthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude toward professional development.\nWhat if we can have work-life balance?
