The intern will assist senior engineers in creating design layouts, performing load calculations, and validating network models using industry-standard software tools. This role offers hands-on experience in power distribution design for large-scale infrastructure developments in the United Arab Emirates.\n Assist in drafting medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) network schematics.\n Support road-lighting layout design and coordination with civil teams.\n Prepare telecoms power distribution drawings and calculations.\n Perform load flow and short-circuit analysis using software such as ETAP or PowerFactory.\n Validate design outputs against project specifications and standards.\n Update and maintain design databases and GIS layers.\n Participate in design review meetings and incorporate feedback.\n Help generate design documentation, reports, and as-built records.\n Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions when required.\n Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated utility solutions.\n Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Electrical Engineering or related field (final year preferred). Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. \nBasic knowledge of MV/LV power distribution principles and road-lighting systems.\nFamiliarity with power analysis software (e.g., ETAP, PowerFactory, SKM Power Tools).\nProficiency in AutoCAD Civil/Power or similar drafting tools.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication in English.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality.\nEligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.\nEagerness to learn and adapt to fast-paced project settings.\nWhat if we can have work-life balance?
