Working alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists, you'll gain hands-on exposure to planning, design, analysis, and project delivery while helping create sustainable transportation solutions that connect communities and move people safely and efficiently.\nYour Impact\nSupport the design and delivery of transit and rail engineering projects across a variety of transportation programs.\nAssist with engineering calculations, technical analyses, and preparation of design documentation.\nContribute to drawings, reports, specifications, and project deliverables under the guidance of senior engineers.\nParticipate in multidisciplinary project teams to help develop innovative and sustainable transportation solutions.\nAssist with field investigations, site visits, inspections, and data collection activities when required.\nSupport project coordination activities, including documentation management and progress tracking.\nApply engineering principles and emerging technologies to help improve transit and rail infrastructure performance.\nLearn from industry experts while building technical, project management, and professional consulting skills.\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nCurrently enrolled in an Engineering degree program, preferably Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Rail Engineering, or a related discipline.\nStrong interest in transit systems, rail infrastructure, and sustainable transportation solutions.\nFamiliarity with engineering design principles and relevant software applications such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, or similar tools.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and project requirements.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in team environments.\nWillingness to participate in field assignments and site visits as required.\nDemonstrated commitment to health, safety, quality, and continuous learning.\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWhy Choose WSP?
