You will lead the development and monitoring of project baselines, integrate cost and schedule information, evaluate trends and changes, and provide clear insights that support timely, informed decisions.\nYou will also have the opportunity to provide guidance to project controls team members, strengthen project controls practices, and contribute your expertise to complex EPC projects and proposals.\nYour Impact\nLead project controls activities across the project lifecycle, integrating cost, schedule, change, risk, forecasting, and performance measurement.\n\nEstablish and maintain project control baselines, including work breakdown structures, budgets, schedules, progress measurement, and forecasting frameworks.\n\nMonitor and analyze project performance, identifying cost and schedule variances, trends, emerging risks, and potential impacts to project outcomes.\n\nDevelop accurate forecasts and project controls reporting that provide Project Managers and leadership with clear insight into current performance and anticipated outcomes.\n\nLead and support change management activities, including assessment of trends and scope changes and evaluation of their cost and schedule impacts.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and other project functions to maintain consistent, integrated project information and reporting.\n\nSupport project risk management by identifying project controls risks and maintaining appropriate inputs to project risk registers and mitigation plans.\n\nMentor and guide project controls team members while supporting continuous improvement of project controls processes, tools, and practices.\n\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nSignificant experience in project controls, including cost control, planning and scheduling, forecasting, progress measurement, change management, and project reporting on complex projects.\n\nStrong experience supporting EPC or similarly complex multidisciplinary projects throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of project planning and scheduling principles, including hands-on experience with Primavera P6.\n\nStrong understanding of cost and schedule integration, variance analysis, forecasting, management of change, and Earned Value Management principles.\n\nDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain project baselines, WBS structures, forecasts, progress measurement systems, and project controls reporting.\n\nProven ability to translate complex project information into clear insights and recommendations for Project Managers and project leadership.\n\nEffective leadership and collaboration skills, with experience coordinating project controls activities and mentoring less-experienced team members.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary project teams and with internal and external clients.\n\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWhy Choose WSP?
