planning through closeout\n\nOwn project scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, and delivery performance for larger survey assignments\n\nLead coordination across field crews, CAD staff, survey leadership, operations, client, and project teams\n\nManage client communication, expectations, scope changes, and project issue resolution\n\nMonitor financial performance, schedule impacts, quality concerns, resource needs, and delivery risks\n\nReview survey and geomatics deliverables for technical quality, completeness, consistency, and client requirements\n\nMentor developing project managers and support consistent project delivery practices\n\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree, Florida licensed surveyor and mapper, or equivalent\n\n5 to 7 years of survey, geomatics, project management, or related project delivery experience\n\nDemonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risk, resource planning, client expectations, and delivery performance\n\nStrong understanding of survey and geomatics project delivery, including field operations, CAD deliverables, technical quality, documentation, and client requirements\n\nAbility to manage larger or higher-risk assignments, identify delivery issues, support resolution, and maintain project performance expectations\n\nStrong communication, organization, client management, team coordination, and ability to mentor developing project
