The role will coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure organizational, operational, and workforce readiness.\nYour Impact\nTransformation Planning\nDevelop a comprehensive operational readiness and transformation plan.\nDefine the organizational changes required to support a centralized operations and maintenance.\nIdentify gaps in skills, processes, and resources, and recommend practical solutions.\nImplementation Oversight\nOversee execution of the transformation plan and ensure milestones are achieved.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to implement new workflows, systems, and procedures.\nMonitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve readiness objectives.\nResource and Funding Coordination\nEngage senior leadership to identify resources and funding for readiness initiatives.\nAlign operational readiness goals with broader client strategic objectives.\nStakeholder Engagement\nCommunicate changes and readiness requirements to leadership and frontline staff. \n Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build awareness and capability.\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Transportation Management, Engineering, or related field. \n15+ years extensive experience in transit operations and maintenance, preferably in a large urban rail system.\nProven ability to lead organizational change and implement transformation initiatives. \nStrong understanding of CBTC systems and their operational implications. \nDemonstrated ability to coordinate across a large, multi-layered organization. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \nCore competencies:\nOperational strategy and transformation leadership. \nTransit operations and maintenance expertise. \nChange management and organizational development. \nStakeholder collaboration across broad organizational structures. \nGovernance and compliance adherence.\nWSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
