Conduct design reviews, participate in virtual meetings, and collaborate closely with clients.\nAssist with preparing drawings and revising existing engineering drawings of basic components from specific sketches or layouts.\nManaging OHL team members and providing the guidance to junior team members.\nResponsible for adhering to company and client drafting standards and procedures.\nResponsible for adhering to the drafting practices of selected discipline.\nAssist in drafting design and documentation for various projects.\nCoordinate with team members and monitor project schedules, ensuring submissions meet high-quality standards.\nMaintain compliance to CDM Regulations and all other legal and regulatory requirements associated with the nature of substation and electrical system design.\nCollaborate with WSP UK office on design activities.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.\nDevelop and enhance processes, tools, and potentially implement new technologies into the design process.\nPeriodic Quality checks to be conducted for other engineers & designers.\nExhibit ingenuity, foresight, and wise decision-making skills in proactively identifying and resolving challenges.\nContribute to the progress and growth of departmental tools and workflows aimed at improving the effectiveness of design processes, specification development, and project implementation.\nEngage in training sessions and meetings dedicated to addressing targeted organizational initiatives.\nBGV:\nEmployment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.\nCandidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process -
