Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help shape immersive environments, cultural destinations, smart buildings, mixed-use developments, and next-generation visitor experiences\n Lead the design and delivery of creative and technical AV solutions across major projects.\nDevelop immersive audiovisual experiences for museums, visitor centres, themed attractions, cultural venues, and mixed-use developments.\nDesign and integrate projection mapping, interactive displays, multi-sensory environments, and show control systems.\nDeliver AV systems integrated with ICT, smart building technologies, lighting controls, and BMS platforms.\nDesign active network infrastructure, wireless systems, structured cabling, and unified communications solutions.\nProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance across project teams.\nEngage directly with clients, stakeholders, architects, and multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout project lifecycles.\nSupport business growth by contributing technical expertise to bids, proposals, and client presentations.\n Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.\n12+ years of experience in AV, ICT, and technology systems design on large-scale building or infrastructure projects.\nProven experience leading the design and delivery of Creative AV solutions for museums, cultural destinations, immersive experiences, visitor centres, themed entertainment, or large-scale mixed-use developments.\nStrong client-facing experience with the ability to lead multidisciplinary coordination, manage stakeholder engagement, and provide technical leadership across complex projects.\nStrong expertise in:\nCreative Audio Visual Systems\nProjection Mapping & Interactive Technologies\nShow Control Systems\nICT & Active Network Infrastructure\nStructured Cabling Systems\nData Centres & Server Rooms\nSecurity & Surveillance Systems\nUnified Communications & Collaboration Platforms\nSmart Buildings & Systems Integration\nWireless Networks, DAS & RF Systems\nPreferred Certifications\nCTS (Certified Technology Specialist) - Required\nCTS-D - Preferred\nRCDD - Preferred\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
