Excellent GIS skills on data management and excellent working knowledge of QGIS, ArcGIS and/or Mapinfo.\n\nAbility to review detailed project reports and technical notes and an ability to guide junior staff on detailed technical writing.\n\nDemonstrable experience in application of Project Management procedures, BMS and proposal development. Strong experience of financial management of projects and an ability to monitor project financials, programme in adherence to BMS policies.\n\nContinuously upskill on the industry standards, specifications and tools used in the UK water sector and cascade the skills to junior colleagues.\n\nWorking towards Chartership with ICE or CIWEM (Desirable)\n\n Masters Degree in Water Resources Engineering or equivalent.\nStrong prior experience on flood risk management based projects, hydraulic modelling, hydrology and preferably with exposure to UK policy, standards, specifications and software tools used in the UK Water Industry.
