Taking a senior role in project design work, focused on production and liaison with the WSP India Australian (AU) Team and mentoring and coaching junior members of the team.\n Domestic cold & Hot Water Demand and its pipe sizing, Secondary hot water looping design.\n\nWater heater storage and sizing based on ASHRAE Code & hunter curve & applicable local codes.\n\nDesign & selections for hot water heating systems: Point of Use Electric, Centralized boiler/Calorifier & Air source heat pump (ASHP) systems.\n\nHeat tracing design for Exposed cold and hot water distribution based on International/UK standards & regulations.\n\nFoul Drainage Flow & Pipe sizing, Grease, Oil and Lint interceptor design based on system requirements.\n\nSewage Lift station, Dewatering, Basement sump pumps & Lift sump pump sizing and capacity as per applicable codes and standards.\n\nBasement open channel drain sizing &Roof Rainwater Gutter Sizing Design.\n\nSeptic tank sizing, Soak pit\n\nRainwater system design and pipe sizing calculations based on applicable codes and Standards\n\nConventional system and Siphonic System based on Client requirements.\n\nCodes and standards Applicable standards based on above listed: NFPA, AU, UAE, NFPA, Indian & BS.\n\nFire Detection and Alarm System based on NFPA72, UAE and NBC codes.\n\nStrong Knowledge on Design, QC Check and reviewing the above public health and Fire protection system services.\n\nCapable to do Multidisciplinary coordinate check, attend client meeting, Client comment/RFI responses in all stages of design.\n\nHaving experience on Fire Protection design in all Stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed, Shop, as built and GFC stages) and preparation of Design report.\n\nExcellent working knowledge of NBC, BS, NFPA and other local codes and good working knowledge of International codes would be advantageous\n\nThe applicant should have design experience of International Projects\n\nApplicants need to be able to demonstrate good management and technical skills\n\nMust be fully conversant with technical software, such as Hevacomp, H2X, Hyena, Revit\n\nA sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project is essential\n\nMust be fluent in English with an excellent understanding of technical terminology.\n\nLeading and guiding the team, winning work, proactive approach to find the solutions to the problems.\n\nTaking care of H&S of self and team members.\n\nDesired Skills\nApplicants need to be able to demonstrate good management and technical skills and be capable of working both within the team and independently, as dictated by work load\n\nExcellent working knowledge of NBC, BS, NFPA, AU and other local codes and good working knowledge of International codes would be advantageous\n\nPromote WSP in India Vision and Values\n\nHaving Professional membership and professional qualification (CEng) from the International professional institutions.\n\n Should have a degree in Civil, Mechanical .\n\nBGV:\nEmployment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.\n\nCandidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process -
