In this role, you’ll drive project excellence, embed strong commercial and delivery practices, and keep our teams performing at their best.\nYou will:\nLead project management on water infrastructure projects nationally with support from PMs, SPMs and Team Managers.\nManage medium-large projects and programs in line with WSP delivery standards\nEmbed robust project controls, contract admin and cost planning\nTrack internal costs and deliver clear, accurate client reporting\nIdentify, manage and negotiate project changes with clients\nEnsure compliance with our Integrated Management System, including audits and quality checks\nApply risk management frameworks across all project processes\nChampion a strong safety culture and ensure safe delivery for all teams\nWhat We’ll Love About You\nYou’re proactive, commercially aware and comfortable influencing at all levels.
