You’ll help drive project delivery excellence through strong coordination, documentation, reporting, and a steadfast commitment to health, safety, and environment (HSE).\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and is motivated to grow. Through mentorship and hands-on experience, you’ll accelerate your development as a project professional, with a clear pathway toward project management and professional designations such as the PMP.\nYour Impact\nSupport the delivery of multidisciplinary projects with total fees ranging from $500,000 to $10M+, from initiation through close-out.\nPartner closely with Project Managers and discipline leads to define scope, schedules, risks, and financial foundations.\nContribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive Project Management Plans, aligning objectives, budgets, risks, and communication protocols.\nMonitor project progress and proactively communicate risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact client relationships or outcomes.\nPrepare and maintain essential project documentation including cost reports, schedules, risk registers, and action logs.\nParticipate in and contribute to internal and external project meetings, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability.\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering; Architecture or Construction Management is considered an asset.\n3-5 years of project coordination experience within engineering delivery environments.\nDemonstrated experience supporting projects in sectors such as Institutional, Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, and Commercial Buildings.\nWorking knowledge of project delivery tools including EMS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and BIM.\nStrong understanding of project management best practices and reporting methodologies.\nExcellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects of varying complexity with minimal supervision.\nProfessional designations such as PMP (or progress toward certification) are considered an asset.\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWhy Choose WSP?
