As a Project Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of multi-disciplinary project teams-bringing structure, clarity, and financial discipline to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with integrity.\nYour Impact\nCoordinate project plans, schedules, and meetings across multiple concurrent liability assessment and remediation projects.\nPrepare meeting agendas and minutes, track decisions, and ensure timely closure of action items.\nManage document control and QA/QC processes for proposals, liability assessments, work plans, and technical reports.\nStandardize and maintain SharePoint and Teams file structures to support version control, audit readiness, and data integrity.\nSupport data organization and presentation, including developing trackers, dashboards, and presentation materials.\nPrepare cost estimates for liability assessments by defining scope, assumptions, and alignment with project and client expectations.\nTrack technical report progress, coordinate reviews, and proactively identify and mitigate schedule risks.\nMonitor and control project financials, including budgets, forecasts, variances, commitments, WIP, AR, purchase orders, and invoices-escalating risks early and supporting timely billing.\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nPost-secondary diploma or degree in business administration, engineering technology, environmental science, or a related discipline.\n3-5+ years of experience in project coordination or project administration, ideally within environmental consulting, liability assessment, or remediation environments.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and perform effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint/Teams.\nExperience supporting project financials, including budget tracking, forecasts, WIP/AR, invoicing, purchase orders, and change management.\nAdvanced Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, lookups); familiarity with dashboards or Power BI is an asset.\nExposure to project controls concepts such as EAC and variance analysis; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) or scheduling tools (MS Project) is an asset.\nDemonstrated commitment to health, safety, quality, and ethical conduct, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWe exist to shape communities to advance humanity.
