In this role, you’ll apply your skills to cutting-edge land development projects, making a real impact where it matters most.\nLocated in our Edmonton office, you will join our established Land Development Engineering group. You’ll deliver consultancy services for private sector clients on residential, commercial, and industrial subdivision and site servicing projects. As part of the engineering design and project management team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues and engage directly with clients, consultants, and approval agencies.\nYour Impact\nDesign and deliver innovative land development infrastructure solutions, including stormwater management, sanitary sewers, water networks, roads, and grading.\nCollaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.\nManage contract administration and conduct field reviews for projects under construction.\nPrepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates that shape project decisions.\nChampion best practices and ensure compliance with municipal, provincial, and federal standards. \nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nA degree in civil engineering and registration as an Engineer-in-Training, Professional Engineer, or Professional Licensee (Engineering).\n3+ years of progressive experience in land development infrastructure design.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.\nKnowledge of local land development markets and established client relationships is an asset.\n\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWe exist to shape communities to advance humanity.
