You'll contribute to projects that improve how people live, move, and connect while growing your career alongside some of the industry's brightest professionals.\nYour Impact\nDesign and deliver municipal water, wastewater, drainage, roadway infrastructure, and site servicing projects from concept through construction.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to develop innovative solutions for municipal engineering and land development challenges.\nLead and support engineering activities that meet client expectations, project objectives, and industry best practices.\nPrepare and coordinate technical reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates that drive successful project outcomes.\nEngage and communicate with contractors, regulatory agencies, municipalities, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.\nContribute to the planning and design of infrastructure that strengthens communities and supports sustainable growth.\nSupport project delivery by balancing technical excellence, quality, schedules, and budgets.\nGrow your expertise through mentorship, collaboration, and exposure to a diverse portfolio of municipal and land development projects.\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nA degree in Civil Engineering or a Civil Engineering Technology diploma, with eligibility for registration with APEGA or ASET.\n5+ years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure and land development design.\nProficiency with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.\nFamiliarity with local construction specifications, materials, standards, and processes.\nExperience preparing technical drawings, reports, specifications, and cost estimates.\nA valid driver's license and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies.\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWe exist to shape communities to advance humanity.
