The role requires strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate engineering, design, construction, and project delivery activities.\nSupport the Project Manager in planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of project progress.\nReview engineering deliverables, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.\nMonitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.\nCoordinate interfaces between various engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.\nAssist in managing project risks, issues, and change requests.\nReview contractor submissions, method statements, and technical documents.\nAttend client, stakeholder, and progress meetings and prepare technical reports.\nSupport quality assurance and quality control activities across project disciplines.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and regulatory requirements.\nCoordinate authority approvals, permits, and stakeholder requirements where applicable.\nMonitor construction activities and provide technical support during project execution.\nTrack action items, project decisions, and engineering deliverables.\nSupport project closeout, handover, and documentation activities.\nPromote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.\nMinimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in project engineering and project delivery.\nProven experience on transportation, roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, utilities, or infrastructure projects.\nStrong understanding of project management principles and engineering processes.\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.\nKnowledge of contract administration, project controls, and risk management.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management tools.\nExperience working with leading engineering consultancy firms is preferred.\nGCC/UAE project experience is preferred.\nPMP certification is advantageous.\nImagine a Better Future\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
