This role offers the opportunity to work on major developments, smart cities, transportation programmes, airports, mixed-use developments, and sustainable mobility initiatives that are shaping the future of the Middle East.\n Lead and manage the delivery of EV Charging Infrastructure projects from concept through design, construction, testing and commissioning.\nOversee the implementation of AC and DC charging networks, fleet electrification projects, charging hubs and smart energy solutions.\nManage the delivery of Smart Building Technology systems including BMS, IBMS, ICT, ELV, Security Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Smart Lighting, IoT Platforms and Digital Building Solutions.\nAct as the primary client interface, managing project scope, programme, budget and stakeholder expectations.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across electrical engineering, ICT, digital technology, sustainability and specialist design disciplines.\nMonitor project performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.\nEnsure compliance with local authority requirements, international standards and WSP quality procedures.\nSupport business development activities, client engagement and proposal preparation across the Smart Mobility and Smart Buildings sector.\n Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.\n12+ years' experience delivering EV Charging Infrastructure, e-Mobility, Smart Cities, Smart Buildings or Technology-led Infrastructure projects.\nStrong understanding of EV charging systems, power distribution, renewable energy integration, battery energy storage systems and intelligent transport solutions.\nProven experience managing Smart Building Technology systems including BMS, IBMS, ICT, Security, ELV and Digital Twin technologies.\nDemonstrated experience delivering large-scale projects within consultancy, engineering or infrastructure environments.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nWork on landmark projects around the world and embrace opportunities to make an even bigger impact in the communities you care about.
