You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.\nThe Project Manager will operate within a multidisciplinary design consultancy environment, responsible for the successful delivery of complex Data Centre projects across the region. The role requires leadership of integrated design teams across architecture, building engineering, specialist disciplines, infrastructure, utilities and master planning, ensuring coordinated, high-quality design solutions that meet client, regulatory and project requirements.\nThis is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will manage projects through all phases of delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client requirements, quality standards, and business objectives.\nManage the delivery of Data Centre projects from initiation through to completion.\nAct as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining effective working relationships and regular communication.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.\nLead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and integrated project delivery.\nMonitor project progress and performance against agreed objectives and deliverables.\nIdentify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.\nFacilitate design coordination across internal and externally appointed subconsultants and subject matter experts.\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, health and safety requirements, and client expectations.\nSupport coordination with stakeholders, authorities, contractors, consultants, and other third parties\nSupport design assurance and technical governance processes.\nAssist in securing necessary approvals, permits, and stakeholder agreements where required.\nReview project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.\nPrepare project reports and provide accurate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.\nSupport commercial management activities, including cost control, change management, and contract administration.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of project management best practices.\n Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 7 years of project management experience within a design practice\nExperience of managing Data Centre projects through multiple phases of delivery.\nStrong client-facing experience, preferably within a consultancy, engineering, or project delivery environment.\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and multiple stakeholders.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong understanding of project management principles, governance, and reporting processes.\nExperience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality requirements.\nProven track record of delivering projects successfully and meeting client expectations.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent would be advantageous.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
