Prepare updates and support steering committee discussions.\nRisk and Issue Management\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Proactively escalate challenges and recommend solutions to maintain momentum and delivery confidence.\nTool and Process Optimization\nLeverage tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to manage project plans, track deliverables, and communicate progress. Continuously seek opportunities to improve project delivery processes and tools.\nThe skills that set you apart\n7+ years of experience managing complex, multi-functional projects in financial services, engineering, or public sector environments..\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-functional projects with a strategic lens and a focus on measurable outcomes.\nSkilled in building trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership, functional leads, and delivery teams.\nExperience in assessing stakeholder impact and enabling adoption, with familiarity in ADKAR, Prosci, Lean Change frameworks or similar.\nAdept at embedding governance structures and reporting mechanisms that drive accountability and transparency.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives.\nPMP certification required; Agile Certified Practitioner is an asset.
