Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, schedules, and budgets for marine infrastructure works.\n Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.\n Monitor progress against KPIs, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.\n Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.\n Maintain strong relationships with Abu Dhabi Ports, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.\n Prepare and present regular status reports, financial updates, and performance dashboards to senior management.\n Control change orders, variations, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.\n Lead procurement activities, including tendering, evaluation, and award of marine contracts.\n Facilitate effective communication and issue resolution across all project parties.\n Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons-learned documentation for future projects.\n Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field; Master’s preferred.\nMinimum 15+ years of experience managing large-scale marine infrastructure projects, preferably for ports or terminals.\nProven track record delivering projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.\nStrong knowledge of marine construction methods, dredging, quay wall, and offshore works.\nProfessional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.\nExcellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.\nFluency in English (both written and spoken);
