As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects through the full lifecycle while helping drive business growth, client success, and the development of future talent.\nYour Impact\nLead the successful delivery of municipal infrastructure and land development projects from concept through construction.\n\nManage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations and business objectives.\n\nGuide the planning and design of civil roadworks, water distribution systems, sanitary sewers, stormwater systems, and stormwater management facilities.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with clients, municipal stakeholders, and approving authorities to advance project approvals and outcomes.\n\nDrive business growth through proposal preparation, client engagement, and business development initiatives.\n\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.\n\nMentor and support the growth of junior professionals, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.\n\nContribute to building resilient communities through the delivery of impactful infrastructure projects.\n\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nUndergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.\n\nProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC).\n\nMinimum 8 years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure and land development engineering.\n\nDemonstrated expertise in the design and delivery of water, wastewater, drainage, and land development projects.\n\nStrong project management experience with a proven ability to manage financial performance and project risks.\n\nExperience working with municipal approval processes and coordinating with regulatory authorities.\n\nEstablished client relationship management skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.\n\nPassion for mentoring team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing environment.\n\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWhy Choose WSP?
