Projects will vary in size and complexity and can include scope in any or all the following disciplines: Substations, Transmission Lines, Distribution, and electrical studies.\nYou will work with a diverse WSP project team to coordinate and manage the projects in all aspects and phases. You will be responsible to monitor and control the project progression to ensure all your projects are completed successfully.\nMaintaining and enhancing customer relationships are key to securing repeat work from our customers. You will be expected to support project proposals and some business development initiatives.\nThis position will be located within one of our Greater Toronto Area offices, ideally in Toronto.\nYour Impact\nSupport in managing proposals on different opportunities including proposal team assembly, Go-No-Go process, proposal drafting and finalization, and estimation.\n\nManage existing and new Power projects for multiple clients and across different disciplines (Substations, Transmission Lines, Distribution, Electrical Studies).\n\nManage project budgets, forecasts, and monthly cost reporting.\n\nManage the program KPIs and report on them regularly\n\nFacilitate project communication across engineering, construction, procurement, and client teams.\n\nContribute to quality assurance by reviewing deliverables for compliance and accuracy.\n\nSupport contract administration, change management, and procurement activities.\n\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\nEngineering degree (P.Eng. designation preferred) or technical diploma; PMP certification is considered an asset.\n\n15+ years of progressive project management experience in the Utilities industry\n\nExpertise in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement\n\nExperience in project controls, scheduling , contract management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.\n\nA collaborative leader who thrives in complex, multidisciplinary environments.\n\nStrong organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities.\n\nExceptional communicator in written and spoken English; Bilingual (French/English) is a plus.\n\nWhy Choose WSP?\nWe exist to shape communities to advance humanity.
