Candidates with predominantly building, architectural, contractor execution, or design-focused backgrounds will not be considered.\nLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of road, transport infrastructure, and utility projects.\nAct as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders.\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality objectives.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.\nOversee consultant performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.\nMonitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior stakeholders.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks while implementing effective corrective actions.\nFacilitate engagement with relevant government authorities and utility providers.\nEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with local regulations, standards, and client requirements.\nSupport strategic decision-making through effective project governance and stakeholder management.\n Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 10+ years of experience in project management within road, transport infrastructure, and utility projects.\nDemonstrated experience working for engineering consultancies, project management consultancies, or as a client representative on major infrastructure programs.\nStrong understanding of project controls, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.\nProven experience managing consultant-led infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, PMO, or equivalent are preferred.\nSaudi National preferred.\n Western education (Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized Western university) is highly preferred.\nFluent English communication skills; Arabic language capability is advantageous.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nStrong consultancy background rather than contractor-led delivery.\nExperience managing transportation, roads, highways, utility corridors, and infrastructure programs.\nDemonstrated success in client-facing project leadership roles.\nFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian infrastructure projects and regulatory environments.\nAble to lead multiple stakeholders while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality objectives.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
