As an Experienced Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex, meaningful projects supported by senior leaders and multidisciplinary technical experts. This is your opportunity to deepen your delivery expertise, strengthen client relationships, and make an impact across sectors that matter.\n________________________________________\nYour Impact\nLead projects through full lifecycle stages - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close out.\nOversee project delivery performance including scope, schedule, cost, forecasting, and change management.\nDevelop and maintain project management plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication frameworks.\nManage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and variance analysis.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and external partners to achieve delivery milestones.\nIdentify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, quality, resourcing, and health & safety.\nServe as primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and providing clear, timely communication.\nEnsure compliance with quality processes, documentation standards, and project control systems.\nSupport proposal development including RFP review, scoping, scheduling, and estimating.\n________________________________________\nThe Skills That Set You Apart\n4-7 years of progressive experience in project coordination or project management within consulting, engineering, or professional services environments.\nA passion for project delivery and leadership, with interest in growing as a non technical project expert.\nProven capability in scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder management.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating closely with technical specialists.\nFinancial fluency - budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and project reporting.\nPMP certification (or progress toward certification) is an asset.\nProficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Horizon Oracle, or comparable systems.\nCanadian Energy Regulatory experience an asset\nOil and Gas portfolio experience an asset\nConfident, clear communication with clients, senior leaders, and project teams.\nCompensation:\nAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900\nMB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800\nNB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 - $107,700\nDisclosure:\nThe final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
