The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning and scheduling, Claim Management large-scale linear infrastructure projects using Primavera P6. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of project management principles and to prepare the extension of time & prolongation claims.\n To develop and maintain the Resource loaded Schedules in Primavera P6\nResponsible for updating Project Schedule and to prepare recovery plan when needed\nReview schedules, undertake analysis of baseline schedule and schedule updates, monitoring of schedule delays\nSupport in producing extension of time and prolongation claims by providing the required Primavera P6 program to support our submissions\nPreparing Monthly or weekly Schedule updates/reports and contributing to preparation of monthly reports\nMonitor and control the progress of work to be adhered to the planned schedule and achieving project milestone\nGenerate executive summary Dashboard reports for higher management\nProvide support in the areas of project controls, scheduling, scheduling analysis, earned value management, claim analysis and construction activities in support of the program\nEnsure proactive project planning, stakeholder and risk management takes place across projects\nAccountable for identifying the major milestones to be attained through the Program/Projects completion\nOversee construction schedule, perform special analysis for resource loading and performance progress\nFully proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project\nGood knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle and able to correlate Construction Activities with planning, and schedule control\nTo have experience working for/ or with contractors or project management companies and can manage multiple projects simultaneously \nTo be confident presenting to all stakeholders including contractors and clients \nTo be experienced in working on claims from Claimant prospective & Client prospective using recommended practices for claims analysis in construction industry.\nStrong English language proficiency and communication skills\nExperience with tools like MS Project, Excel, and reporting platforms (Power BI, etc.) is a plus\nKey Competencies / Skills:\nMandatory Skills\nFully proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project\nGood knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle and able to correlate Construction Activities with planning, and schedule control\nTo have experience working for/ or with contractors or project management companies and can manage multiple projects simultaneously \nTo be confident presenting to all stakeholders including contractors and clients \nTo be experienced in working on claims from Claimant prospective & Client prospective using recommended practices for claims analysis in construction industry.\nStrong English language proficiency and communication skills\nExperience with tools like MS Project, Excel, and reporting platforms (Power BI, etc.) is a plus\n B.Eng. /B.
