Based in India’s GCC, the role ensures smooth coordination, document management, and compliance across the proposal lifecycle.\n Proposal SupportAssist Technical leads / Project Managers in preparing bids and tenders for Water projects.\n\nCoordinate inputs from technical teams, business development, and support functions.\n\nFormat, edit, and compile proposal documents to meet client requirements.\n\nTrack all opportunities and bids on various portals\n\nTrack various proposals and maintain a tracker to monitor progress and deadlines\n\nDocument & Content ManagementMaintain and update proposal templates, CVs, project sheets, and case studies.\nEnsure consistency in branding, style, and compliance with WSP standards.\nTrack proposal versions, deadlines, and submission requirements.\n\nCollaboration & CommunicationAct as a liaison between the Water Team and the Proposal teams.\nSupport scheduling of reviews, meetings, and approvals with the Head of Water / Technical Directors \nCommunicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs.\n\nQuality AssuranceConduct basic compliance checks against tender instructions.\nProofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.\nSupport final packaging and submission of proposals.\n\n Skills & Competencies\nStrong organisational and coordination skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.\nFamiliarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, InDesign is a plus).\nAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nKnowledge of transport and infrastructure sectors preferred.\nTypical Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field\n4-6 years in proposal coordination or bid support.\nBGV:\nEmployment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.\n\nCandidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process -
