specifications to ensure quality.\n Train and mentor junior quality engineers and technicians.\n Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality management.\n Support the project team in achieving project goals and maintaining client satisfaction.\n Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.\nMinimum12 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in infrastructure or civil engineering projects.\nStrong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nProficiency in using quality management software and tools.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nWillingness to travel for site visits and project-related activities.\nFamiliarity with industry-specific quality standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) is preferred.\nCertifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) are an asset.\nCandidates must hold a valid MMUP
