The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects by assisting with cost control, contract administration, valuations, and reporting activities.\n Measure and value construction works for payment certification.\nReview contractor applications for payment.\nAssist in evaluating variations and contractual claims.\nPrepare cost reports and commercial summaries.\nMaintain records of site instructions, variation orders, and commercial correspondence.\nSupport the preparation of final accounts.\nReview Bills of Quantities and contract documentation.\nParticipate in site inspections and commercial meetings.\nLiaise with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.\nAssist senior commercial staff with contract administration duties.\n Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering.\n7-10 years of relevant experience.\nExperience on building construction supervision or consultancy projects.\nWorking knowledge of FIDIC contracts and standard forms of contract.\nExperience with measurements, valuations, and cost reporting.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and commercial management software.\nStrong analytical, communication, and organisation skills.\nUAE or GCC experience is highly desirable.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
