The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects by assisting with cost control, contract administration, valuations, and reporting activities. Measure and value construction works for payment certification. Review contractor applications for payment. Assist in evaluating variations and contractual claims. Prepare cost reports and commercial summaries. Maintain records of site instructions, variation orders, and commercial correspondence. Support the preparation of final accounts. Review Bills of Quantities and contract documentation. Participate in site inspections and commercial meetings. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and client represen
