The successful candidate will contribute to the planning, geometric design, coordination, and technical delivery of roads and highway projects while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.\nUndertake geometric design and technical delivery of roads, highways, interchanges, and transportation infrastructure projects.\nPrepare engineering calculations, technical reports, design drawings, and project documentation.\nDevelop concept, preliminary, and detailed road designs in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.\nCoordinate with utilities, drainage, structures, traffic, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.\nEnsure designs comply with local authority requirements and international design standards.\nSupport the preparation of design reports, specifications, and tender documentation.\nPerform road alignment design, corridor studies, junction layouts, and cross-section development.\nParticipate in design reviews, technical workshops, and stakeholder meetings.\nAssist in resolving technical issues and providing practical engineering solutions.\nLiaise with clients, authorities, and project stakeholders throughout project delivery.\nSupport project managers in achieving project objectives, schedules, and quality standards.\nContribute to value engineering initiatives and continuous improvement of design processes.\n Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.\n5-10 years of experience in road and highway design projects.\nProven experience delivering transportation, roads, and infrastructure projects within engineering consultancy environments.\nStrong knowledge of geometric road design principles and highway engineering standards.\nProficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related road design software.\nExperience with AASHTO, DMRB, Abu Dhabi, and UAE road design standards.\nStrong understanding of multidisciplinary infrastructure project coordination.\nExperience preparing technical reports, design calculations, and construction documentation.\nExcellent communication, technical writing, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working on major transportation and infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC is preferred.\nMembership of a recognized professional engineering institution is advantageous.\nConsultant-side road design experience is essential.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nWork on landmark projects around the world and embrace opportunities to make an even bigger impact in the communities you care about.
