The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting roadworks, landscape works, streetscape elements, and associated infrastructure to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and authority requirements.\nInspect roads, highways, landscape, public realm, and streetscape works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.\nMonitor site activities related to pavements, kerbs, sidewalks, hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, and associated infrastructure.\nReview contractor inspection requests and verify completed works prior to approval.\nConduct inspections for road construction activities including earthworks, subgrade, subbase, asphalt, road markings, and road furniture.\nInspect landscape works including planting, irrigation networks, hardscape features, public realm elements, and street furniture.\nVerify that construction materials and workmanship comply with approved standards and specifications.\nWitness testing and inspection activities related to roadworks, irrigation systems, and landscape installations.\nCoordinate with Resident Engineers, Site Engineers, contractors, and utility stakeholders.\nIdentify non-conforming works and assist in implementing corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate inspection records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements on site.\nSupport the project team in achieving quality, safety, and project delivery objectives.\n Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Roads Inspector, Landscape Inspector, or Roads/Landscape Inspector on infrastructure projects.\nProven experience working within construction supervision consultancy environments.\nStrong knowledge of road construction, landscape installation, irrigation systems, public realm works, and streetscape development.\nExperience inspecting roadworks, asphalt works, paving, kerbs, footpaths, soft landscaping, and hard landscaping works.\nFamiliarity with Abu Dhabi and UAE authority standards, specifications, and construction practices.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.\nExperience witnessing testing, commissioning, and handover activities.\nStrong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience on major transportation, landscape, and infrastructure projects within Abu Dhabi or the UAE is preferred.\nConsultancy-side supervision experience is essential.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nWork on landmark projects around the world and embrace opportunities to make an even bigger impact in the communities you care about.
