The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction and delivery of roadworks and wet utilities infrastructure, ensuring compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, quality standards, and health and safety regulations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site supervision expertise, and previous consultancy experience on infrastructure projects within Jeddah or the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.\n Monitor and supervise the construction of roads, stormwater drainage, potable water, wastewater, and irrigation networks.\nReview contractor submissions, shop drawings, material approvals, method statements, and work inspections. \nEnsure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, and local authority regulations. \nConduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues, providing timely technical solutions and recommendations. \nCoordinate with contractors, clients, utility authorities, and multidisciplinary supervision teams to ensure smooth project delivery. \nVerify work progress and assist in the review of contractor payment applications and variation claims. \nMonitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved quality assurance and quality control procedures. \nSupport the Resident Engineer in resolving technical and contractual matters related to roads and wet utilities works.\nReview as-built drawings and support project close-out activities. \nEnsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements throughout the construction phase.\n Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.\n8-12 years of experience in roads and wet utilities projects, with the majority gained in a consultancy or engineering supervision environment. \nPrevious experience supervising infrastructure projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is essential. \nStrong knowledge of roadworks, water distribution networks, wastewater systems, stormwater drainage, and irrigation infrastructure. \nFamiliarity with Saudi codes, standards, and authority requirements, including those applicable within Jeddah.\nExperience reviewing contractor submissions and coordinating with multiple stakeholders during construction. \nStrong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
