This role will physically be reporting to our client’s office in Rochester, NY.\nYour Impact\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for schedule management to support client programs or projects including design and construction projects.\nResponsible for developing, updating and analyzing detailed execution schedules for multiple projects being executed simultaneously. \nDevelop baseline schedule and/or produce summary and detailed review of baseline durations, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, resource histograms.\nIdentify and analyze schedule critical path/near critical path activities for reasonableness, relevance, and accuracy. \nReview periodic CPM schedule updates, provide Primavera schedule comparison reports and detailed reviews.\nPerform earned value analysis and produce EVM reports.\nSchedule Change Management and detail review and analysis of change orders. \nPerform time impact analyses (TIA) to determine the extent of the impacts of potential delays.\nProvide recommendations for schedule recovery, conduct recovery schedule reviews, and perform what-if scenario analysis.\nAssess and provide recommendations to resolve schedule, scope changes or delays to the Project Manager, Project Team, and/or Executive Management.\nWho You Are\nMinimum Qualifications: \nBachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline or equivalent.\n5-7 years of experience in developing and managing project Schedules.\nExperienced with critical path method analysis/technique with Primavera.\nProject financial forecasting skills.\nChange Order and Extension of Time analysis.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams.\nExperience working within large and challenging Client Programs with one or more project teams.\nEffective reporting and communication skills.\nExperience in preparing project reports and documentation.\nConstruction experience preferred \nTeam player and Strong communication skills\nWSP Benefits:\nWSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
