You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the efficient and secure operation of the IIQ platform, supporting our organization's identity and access management (IAM) strategy and vision.\n The SailPoint IIQ Operations Analyst is expected to conduct the following activities:\nManage and maintain the SailPoint IIQ platform, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.\n\nPartner with the SailPoint IIQ Development team on enhancements and operational handover activities.\n\nCollaborate with cross functional teams to implement and maintain IAM policies and procedures.\n\nMonitor the IIQ platform for security vulnerabilities and compliance issues, taking corrective action as needed.\n\nMonitor and analyze performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.\n\nWork with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement new features and enhancements.\n\nDevelop and maintain documentation for the IIQ platform, including standard operating procedures and configuration guides. Function as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training sessions.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to joiner/mover/leaver processes, user access and permissions, and authentication with the IGA system,\n\nLeverage scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, BeanShell) for automation and customization of IAM processes and tasks.\n\nLeverage your strong knowledge of Active directory to manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.\n\n Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field\nEquivalent experience, in lieu of degree, is acceptable.\n3+ years of experience in an IT operations Role, with a focus on Identity and Access management.\n2+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including administration and configuration.\nAbility to perform as a hands-on technical expert performing IGA functions and maintaining systems.\nExperience with ServiceNow, managing and meeting defined SLAs.\nExperience with documentation of IGA policies and procedures\nGood understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/EntraID, SSO, MFA and PAM\n\nStrong Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nGood understanding of software development lifecycle and standard industry practices relating to requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities\n\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills\n\nExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.\n\nLanguages required: English.\n\nBGV:\nEmployment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.\n\nCandidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process -
