tenders\n\nProofing and tailoring pre-written content\n\nWorking with technical teams to develop bespoke bid content\n\nEngaging internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of technical inputs\n\nCoordinating publishing team to design, publish, and submit professional bids\n\nContribute, participate and provide support on the continuous process improvement of the Strategic Manila Team.\n\nCoaching emerging bid professionals in best practice bid coordination\n\nPerform other related tasks as needed\n\n Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience\nTypically, 4-8 years' experience in bidding, marketing, communications, or journalism\n\nExperienced in coordinating and preparing proposals and expressions of interest\n\nDemonstrated proficiency in MS Office Applications\n\nExperience in MS Teams, PowerPoint and Excel\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nExperience in professional services is preferable\n\nStrong attention to detail and efficient organisational and time management skills\n\nAbility to handle multiple projects within a deadline-driven environment, while maintaining a sense of humour\n\nApproachable, adaptable and presents a professional image\n\nBalances quality with delivery to timelines\n\nNavigates ambiguity and change\n\nCollaborates, shares knowledge and is persistent\n\nManages self and others under
