The role supports projects across all stages, from concept and preliminary design through to detailed design and construction documentation.\nKey responsibilities include developing and maintaining Civil 3D models (surfaces, alignments, corridors, pipe networks), integrating GIS and survey data, ensuring QA/QC compliance, and delivering accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready digital deliverables aligned with project standards and client expectations.\n Responsibilities\nDevelop, review, and maintain high-quality 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings for Geo-Environmental, civil infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements, Australian standards, and company guidelines.\n\nProduce and manage detailed 3D civil models in Autodesk Civil 3D, including surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, and utility models.\n\nPrepare accurate engineering drawings and documentation, including plans, sections, long sections, details, and construction drawings suitable for tender and construction stages.\n\nManage and process spatial/geospatial data (GIS/CAD) to support design development, analysis, and project documentation workflows.\n\nCoordinate closely with engineers, designers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent, technical standards, and project requirements are fully achieved.\n\nLead the coordination and integration of digital design models across disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical) to ensure clash-free and constructible solutions.\n\nMaintain and enforce CAD/BIM standards, naming conventions, and modelling best practices, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.\n\nPerform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) checks and audits of drawings and models in line with project specifications, company standards, and client requirements.\n\nSupport data exchange and interoperability workflows, including GIS/CAD integration, model sharing, and preparation of digital deliverables for clients and contractors.\n\nCollaborate with project stakeholders (engineers, architects, project managers, and external partners) to resolve with ISO/BIM standards where applicable.\n\nEnsure document control, version management, and deliverable compliance throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nRequired Technical and Soft Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, including development of detailed civil infrastructure models and drawings:\nCreation and management of corridors, alignments, profiles, and assemblies for road, drainage, and utility designs\n\nDevelopment of surface models, grading solutions, and earthworks design\n\nModelling of pipe networks (stormwater, water, wastewater) with annotations, schedules, and documentation\n\nPreparation of drawing sheets, plan production workflows, and construction documentation\n\nEffective use of data shortcuts and reference management for large, multidisciplinary project environments\n\nEnsuring model integrity, coordination across disciplines, and adherence to standards and deliverables\n\nGIS and Spatial Data Integration (Basic to Intermediate):\nWorking knowledge of spatial data formats (SHP, DEM, raster datasets)\n\nUnderstanding of coordinate systems, projections, and georeferencing\n\nIntegration of GIS data into Civil 3D workflows for terrain modelling and design analysis\n\nInterpretation of topographical, cadastral, and environmental datasets\n\nAwareness of data quality, accuracy, and transformation processes\n\nSupport for CAD-GIS integration workflows to enhance design and digital deliverables\n\nSurvey, Point Cloud, and Data Processing:\nExperience in survey data processing, including raw data handling, field codes, and survey database management\n\nExposure to point cloud processing (LiDAR/laser scans) and integration into design models\n\nDigital Engineering, BIM, and Information Management:\nFamiliarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ProjectWise, or similar\n\nUnderstanding of ISO 19650 standards and digital information management principles\n\nAwareness of
