You will be responsible for developing high-quality BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.\nWe welcome candidates with expertise in one or more of the following disciplines:\nMechanical\nElectrical\nFire Protection\nHydraulic Services\nSecurity\nICT / Communications\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the development, coordination and management of BIM models throughout project lifecycles.\nProduce high-quality Revit models and design documentation in accordance with project requirements and WSP standards.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve clashes using industry-standard BIM tools.\nSupport project teams in the planning and delivery of BIM requirements and digital engineering strategies.\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, designers and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.\nAssist in the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans and project-specific BIM deliverables.\nIdentify and proactively manage project coordination risks and constructability issues.\nMentor junior BIM technicians and promote best-practice BIM workflows.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of BIM standards, content libraries and digital engineering processes.\nManage project deliverables to agreed quality standards, budgets and deadlines.\nSupport innovation and the adoption of emerging digital technologies across the business.\nWhat You'll Bring\n8-10 years of experience in BIM modelling and documentation within Building Services.\nAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.\nStrong experience in one or more Building Services disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic, Security or ICT.\nProven experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models.\nSound understanding of BIM collaboration platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.\nKnowledge of clash detection, model federation and coordination workflows.\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nAbility to work effectively across multiple project teams and locations.\nDemonstrated commitment to
