We offer the opportunity to contribute to local and national buildings projects, plus the ability to expand your design skills across other market sectors.\nKey responsibilities\nComply with all role-specific SHEQ obligations as outlined in the relevant RACI matrix.\n\nEnsure documentation meets WSP quality standards and project requirements.\n\nFollow procedures set out in The Way and the WSP Quality System for all project-related work.\n\nSet up and manage Revit models appropriate for effective design communication and coordination.\n\nParticipate in and lead Revit modelling of building structures to WSP’s required standards.\n\nProduce clear, accurate and coordinated documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, reinforcement detailing, precast documentation, and general arrangements.\n\nFacilitate designer interaction with BIM models for both data input and information extraction.\n\nIdentify, communicate, and lead the resolution of project coordination issues.\n\nLiaise with Project Leaders, engineers and external parties to support planning and delivery of BIM-related project tasks.\n\nAssist with design coordination, including multi-discipline model integration where required.\n\nLiaise with Project Leaders to identify and mitigate risks related to BIM deliverables.\n\nCoordinate BIM and documentation resources internally and with the Manila team.\n\nEngage with clients and external stakeholders when required to demonstrate BIM capability and thought leadership.\n\nEngage with regional BIM leaders to support the development and enhancement of workflows, templates, content and processes.\n\nContribute to the development of CAD/BIM tools for the business as required.\n\nParticipate in training and knowledge-sharing activities, proactively developing skills in relevant disciplines.\n\nAbout you\nAssociate Diploma or Diploma in Drafting, Engineering Design, or equivalent work experience.\n\nAdditional BIM/Revit training or certification is desirable.\n\nEligibility to obtain Australian Defence security clearance is essential - only eligible to Australian Citizens (Permanent Resident, NZ Citizens & Visa holders are not eligible).\n\nKnowledge and experience in modelling building structures, with demonstrated skills in modelling reinforced concrete, precast concrete, and structural steel elements.\n\nHigh proficiency in Revit with strong skills in producing structural documentation for reinforced concrete, precast concrete and structural steel elements.\nGeneral understanding of multi-discipline constraints and constructability considerations.\nAbility to adhere to production schedules and deliver accurate documentation.\nStrong written and verbal communication capabilities.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work within multiple teams, including offshore support teams.\nAbility to balance innovation, quality and technical excellence with project timelines and budget.\nHigh level of self-awareness and ability to maintain a professional image.\nDemonstrated enthusiasm for learning and developing technical skills relevant to the discipline.\nImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.\nJoin our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
